Any answer except 'They don't care about anyone else' is nothing more than an excuse for inexcusable treatment of other folks and wasting their time. Yes, even someone new to the game since Cataclysm. I've played through the entire early game twice at this point, and Blizzard has done an outstanding job in introducing things as you level up, from glyphs to stats to talents.

Bottom line is exactly like Erinys says; people don't give a damn about anyone but themselves.

I think this is a challenge with DKs - when you start already at level 55 (or whatever it is - I forget) you have less time to learn. That coupled with Heirlooms and Guild boosts means that you can so quickly and relatively easily get to 85 and still have no clue about your class.

That said if you are providing your character with heirlooms you would kind of expect that someone should know about enchants, glyphs and gems.

Hmmm - makes you wonder though how complete newcomers to the game would find out such things exist. Ponders....

That is scary. My resto druid manages about 3k on the fight whilst healing. I'm finding that groups really vary in the length of time it takes though. Had a couple in which the tank topped the dps with 6k and then a couple with everyone bar the tank doing over 12k.
